Returns

RETURNS.

Returns, cancellations and your statutory rights.

30-day returns

Our additional 30-day returns offer applies to unused, undamaged items in original packaging. This voluntary offer does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

UK cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a clear cancellation statement. You do not need permission to exercise a statutory right. Ask for return instructions before posting; the sender address on a parcel may not be the correct returns address.

Refunds and return costs

For a statutory cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery, but not any extra paid for premium delivery. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

You pay direct change-of-mind return postage where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Your rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose are not limited by our voluntary 30-day policy.

You can use this wording or any other clear statement. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
